Do you deliver on public holidays?

Yes, we deliver on public holidays!
Our products are dispatched and delivered even on statutory holidays, so your orders won’t be delayed due to public holiday schedules.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

Absolutely! We deliver to every address, just enter your shipping address (including postcode), and we’ll get your package to you with no issues.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

At this time, we offer standard shipping only (3–7 business days), depending on your location.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

No signature is required. Your package will be left safely at your address if you’re not home.

Returns

How long do I have to return an item?

You may return an item within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we cannot guarantee a full refund or exchange.

What are the requirements for a return?

  • Item must be in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Non-returnable items include:
